Able to Bend Knee Again

I served 23 years in the military. I could hardly bend my knees or even bend down without pain, so I had the cartilage on my right knee repaired by the doctor. At the time, the military doctors told me I had general arthritis and I’d never be able to run again. They told me that in my later years, I would need a knee replacement, which was devastating for me. I told them I was not going to let that happen.

Ever since I had the cartilage repaired, I’d had the problem of my knees swelling up. I could hardly walk and I was in pain all the time. A number of years ago, I spoke with an expert on the 90 essential nutrients formula, and I started taking it.
