Creamy, Clean, & Dairy-Free: Oil-Free Ranch Dressing Recipe

Who says you can’t have creamy, dreamy ranch dressing without the guilt? This Oil-Free Ranch Dressing is rich, flavorful, and packed with clean ingredients—and yes, it’s boosted with minerals too! Perfect for salads, dipping veggies, or drizzling over your favorite bowls.

Here’s what you’ll need:
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (or substitute lemon juice)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire (we use the gluten-free one by Edward & Son’s)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (plus more to taste)
  • Black pepper, as desired
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Plant Derived Minerals

Here’s how to make it:
  1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat. Add in the raw cashews and let them soak for 20 minutes, or until softened.
  2. Drain the cashews and add them to a high-speed blender, along with the almond milk, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, vegan Worcestershire, salt, and black pepper. Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 60 seconds).
  3. Add in the parsley, dill, and chives, and pulse until well incorporated. Avoid blending too much—you want specks of herbs (not a green dressing).
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

This dressing is not only oil-free and dairy-free—it’s a delicious way to nourish your body while skipping inflammatory ingredients.

And as always, a printable PDF of this recipe is included at the end of the recipe page for your fridge or to share with friends.
