A. The BASICS -- This is the 90 Essential Nutrients. The main package to take is the Healthy Body Start Pack 2.5. Begin with 1 Healthy Body Start Pack 2.5per month for both the man and the woman, since nutrition is important for both. And to this add lots of eggs -- preferably 4 to 6 eggs per day. Ideally the egg yolks should be runny, as this makes the cholesterol in it more accessible and easier for our bodies to use in building hormones for both.
B. Women's strategies
Bl. Estrogen. This is what controls ovulation. If a woman isn't ovulating (as often determined by the "basal body temperature" checks done each day for a month), then increasing estrogen can help increase ovulation. Best would be to add 2 of the XeraFem™ capsules a day (take with meals) in addition to the basics above. I'd do this because the ingredients in the XeraFem™ are a "bio-identical" estrogen nutrient made from plants.
B2. Progesterone. This is the "relaxing" hormone that helps relax the uterus and protect the embryo and then the fetus. Often a progesterone deficiency is what causes miscarriages. Some signs of a progesterone deficiency are bad PMS and cramping, or even ovarian cysts. If the deficiency is bad enough, then it's possible that an egg actually gets fertilized, but the fertilized egg doesn't even make it though the end of the menstrual cycle and flushes out before ever turning into an embryo. So if a progesterone deficiency is suspected, add 2 of the Female Hormonal Support (with nutrients that act as "bio-identical progesterone") each day for 1 WEEK BEFORE the menstruation cycle starts (before the bleeding starts) until the bleeding stops. This should be about 1/2 of the month. Women that are already on the XeraFem™ can continue using the XeraFem™ the entire month, but typically the Female Hormonal Support is only for these 2 weeks. If the cycle was so irregular that it's unknown when the cycle is going to start, just be sure to start the Female Hormonal Support when the bleeding started and end it when the bleeding stopped.
ALSO -- the dosage on the Female Hormonal Support, use 2 per day for starters, but if there's bad PMS and it doesn't go away within 2 or 3 days, increase the dosage to 4 a day, and if it still doesn't go away, then increase it to 6.
B3. MASTER HORMONE -- HGH. Since HGH is a "master hormone" and can affect other hormonal levels, one additional strategy for having healthy hormone levels in both men and women may be needed. Of course, this is an "add on" because it's going to add some additional cost in products (typically 2 bottles of H.G.H. Youth Complex™ a month). So for this strategy, take 6 capsules of the H.G.H. Youth Complex™ (which isn't a hormone product but has the amino acid blend that your body uses to create it's own HGH (Human Growth Hormone) before bed and 6 with breakfast.
C. Men's strategies
Cl. Increasing the number of "swimmers" -- this is typically done by increasing testosterone. If I wanted to increase testosterone. I'd take 2 of the Ultimate Prost Fx™ a day, in addition to the basics above (remember, the egg yolks are a key element for this!)
C2. Increase the "motility" or how well the "swimmers" can "swim" -- there are a couple of nutrients that are key for this, as well as increasing circulation to key parts of the body. Take 6 to 12 of the Ultimate Daily Classic™ tablets (yes, these are tablets, but they break apart very, very easily) a day, depending on person's size. Typically that would be 6 a day (or 1 bottle a month) but the bigger the person, or if there are kidney problems, take more.
C3. Egg penetration, or how well the "swimmers" get out of the pool and into the egg when they get there -- so far no one seems to have an idea on how to do this, but possibly when Human Growth Hormone levels were higher, this would improve as well. 2 of the 7 couples, when they added the H.G.H. Youth Complex™, actually achieved pregnancy in 3 to 5 months. Incidentally, 4 of the 9 children are from couples that had to add the HGH. See the explanation on HGH above for how much to use.
As for during pregnancy -- All the 90 Essential Nutrients (Healthy Body Start Pack 2.5) should be taken along with adding extra products for both the calcium deficiency (Beyond Osteo FX™) category (since pregnant women are at higher risk of calcium deficiencies) and extra products for EFA deficiencies (Projoba Omega™) (since the extra EFAs are used to build the baby's brain and lungs). Essentially this means the Healthy Body Start Pack 2.5, along with extra (Beyond Osteo FX™), Projoba Omega™, and Ultimate Selenium.
As for morning sickness -- The most helpful thing for nausea is the essential oils that Brenda Wright speaks about. One drop of the GI Purify™ Essential Oil Blend in her belly button and Ginger Essential Oil have her inhale 1 to 2 drops on back of hand.
